All orders are shipped by our company on the next business day of our store, from the day you placed your order. Orders are sent with the courier company ACS COURIER and are delivered in 2-5 working days within Greece and in 5-10 working days in Cyprus.

Abroad

All orders are shipped by our company on the next business day of our store, from the day you placed your order. Orders are sent by ELTA Hellenic Post with registered delivery and are delivered in 7-10 working days.

Product returns

You can cancel/return your order at any time within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt of the products. You must keep and take reasonable care of the products you want to return. Goods must be sent to us in good condition, in their original box with all labels intact, with no removed labels from the product, not worn/soiled/torn, smelling cologne or body cream / washed.

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can change the product within 14 days from the day of receipt by the Courier company.Conditions for the change:

1. No changes of underwear and swimwear are accepted

2. No changes of outlet products are accepted.

You will receive your refund with the original method of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping costs. A refund is possible only for purchases made online at www.tucan.gr and does not apply to purchases from the physical store. Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 working days from the date of purchase.

Shipping cost of returns

Please note that the shipping costs of the return will be charged to you. Only be charged by our company in case of our own error or defective product.

In case you simply changed your mind and want to replace the product, ONLY the first return procedure and receipt of the new product is charged to our company.
